  • Does Healing Partners pay for certification and licenses?

Yes. Healing Partners awards training and national board certification within your first year and reimburses all required licenses, board certifications and practice-related items. How does Healing Partners total compensation compare to a 1099 contract?

As a W-2 employee you receive employer-paid disability, life and AD&D cover, a 401(k) match of up to 4% of salary, accrued paid time off, and reimbursed licenses and certification. A 1099 contractor funds all of these personally and pays self-employment tax, so headline hourly rates are not directly comparable.
